Hi! I’m trying to sell my already renewed lease for this upcoming term. July 2025-August 2026. There would be no fee for you since I already renewed, and I’m giving $500 to anyone who will take over my lease! The green has been amazing but I need to move for work. I currently live in the apartment alone, so there are 3 vacant rooms you could fill up with the rest of your friends if you wanted to! There’s a full kitchen, laundry room, and private bathroom.
